Katie VAN DER SLEESEN – Professional organization development and marketing

Experience

Katie van der Sleesen brings many years of experience with business operations, change management and marketing professional services through her work for the Cargo Division of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in The Netherlands, AirSavings in France, and architecture firms such as BKA Architects and Vision 3 Architects in the United States.

Katie has focused on the challenges of implementing strategy. She brings a depth of experience in strategy development, brand analysis, service portfolio development, and service delivery process enhancement.

While with KLM Cargo, Katie determined the financial feasibility of establishing logistics service centers in various locations in Europe, Far East and South Africa. Some of her accomplishments include the development of the Division’s policy documents, the framework for the development of product concepts, as well as the Divisional Business Process Management Procedures.

Currently, Katie is working with several clients to develop their strategic plans, assess their organizations, and create marketing programs. The development of management information systems that support decision making processes related to general management, service portfolio profitability/development, and business development initiatives is a key element in her work.
